I have this theory that Ancient Egypt's decline was due to improvements in tomb security. Tomb robbery was an essential part of the economy, returning wealth into the system and eventually back to pharaohic control. As tombs became harder to rob, the flow of wealth dried up and the economy collapsed. That's an interesting idea but you have to be careful when you use the term 'theory'. As used in science, a theory is an explanation or model based on observation, experimentation, and reasoning, especially one that has been tested and confirmed as a general principle helping to explain and predict natural phenomena. (The More You Know) What the hell is that? I don't know. It shows up whenever I pontificate.

As you may be aware, this comic has a habit of showing crabs in an unflattering light. The lobsters have portrayed us as mean-spirited, dogmatic and ill-informed. As a result, we crabs have spent millions of dollars coming up with an advertising campaign to raise awareness of the true nature of crabkind. A lot of crab-hours went into brainstorming, opinion polling and conducting focus groups. We're very happy with the results and I personally think it really gets the point across.

DISCLAIMER: I'm sure Ms Hilton is perfectly lovely and doesn't really suffer from an infestation of parasitic arthropods.
